All of our items are printed to order so we only allow cancellations until the order has begun fulfillment. If you ordered an item and it has started fulfillment or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if the order is misprinted, the wrong color, or damaged in some way -prior to being washed or worn - reach out to us at support@bygracealone.us! Any incorrect or misprinted items will be yours to keep!*

Your order should ship between 2-5 business days after you place your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking, once your order is on its way. You can track your order here. Your order should arrive between 5-10 business days. If you order during a holiday season, expect a 8-15 day arrival time. We try to ship all orders as quickly as we can, but unexpected delays can happen.

We are so sorry! We will replace all damaged and/or incorrect items up to 25 days after the delivery confirmation date, if it falls outside what our POD company deems as acceptable. More details can be found here. Please send us an email with a brief explanation and we will reply with any further details we need, such as additional pictures. Once we have what we need, we will get your replacement to you ASAP!

We are so sorry! If your order hasn't arrived on time, please wait an additional 48 hours, packages will usually arrive. The carrier should be able to help you track it, if needed. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international orders.

If your order is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will send you a new order, but you must let us know within 30 days via email. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace it.

Flat rate shipping for orders under $75 are typically $5.49 to $9.99 for US residents. However, shipping is free on orders over $75 for US customers.

Flat rate shipping for orders going to Canada will cost around $10.49. We are not responsible for customs costs or any additional charges during shipment.

We are not responsible for the costs of duties or additional taxes/fees charged at the time of delivery or for customs. These costs can be quite expensive and random for some countries, so please do your research before you get charged unexpectedly!

Yes, we accept select custom design requests. If you would like one of our existing designs placed on another product we offer, or have an idea for a new clothing or accessory design, let us know. We may be able to make it happen.

We do not offer changes to designs on currently listed products, unless customization is specifically shown as an available option.

Fully custom design creation is available for $180 per design, with a $90 deposit required before work begins. Custom artwork can require several hours of research, planning, illustration, revisions, and preparation for printing. The deposit reserves that time and protects the work already completed if a project is canceled before the final design is approved. The remaining $90 is due upon completion.

No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, having an account makes future orders faster and allows you to keep everything in one convenient place.

With an account, you can save your billing and shipping addresses, view past orders and subscriptions, manage your saved addresses, and download invoices whenever you need them.

We do not currently have a physical storefront, so all orders are placed through our online shop. From time to time, you may also find us at design fairs and pop-up markets throughout North Carolina. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about upcoming events and shop news.
